The staff were really good they were always available to help guests I liked how efficient the service was in the restaurants. The pool area was clean the sun loungers were organized daily and there was always space. I found the food to be quite good there was a decent selection at each meal and the chefs were attentive.

The wifi signal was very weak in the room I could only get a connection in the lobby.

I found the staff friendly. They always had a smile. The room I stayed in was wonderful. It faced the sea and included a sunny patio where I enjoyed relaxing. The food impressed me with its variety, and I especially appreciated the omelettes each morning.

I noticed that the hotel could use some updates. The furniture was a bit dated, and I saw some minor plumbing issues in the bathroom.

i stayed in a double or twin room garden view. i found the beach access easy from the hotel. the staff was helpful at reception during check-in. the food at the buffet included egyptian dishes.

i had to use the stairs to the fourth floor. alternatively i could walk around the whole building.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They were always smiling! The food at the restaurant was varied and delicious! The hotel was well-organized, and the rooms were spacious. I also liked the beautiful view from my room and the excellent service I received from arrival to check-out.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center. This was inconvenient, though taxis are available.

the hotel featured a great bed. the room itself was nice, situated a mere 10 meters from the sea. i enjoyed the playlist of music they played.. it set a good mood. volleyball and zoomba were available.

the hotel is very long and the rooms are quite far, requiring some walking to reach the desired location.
